• Feature Requests board — propose a new platform feature, browse what others have proposed, vote on requests, and comment to join the discussion.

• Storage usage and limits — your account now has a storage allowance covering attachments, covers, and your profile picture (files capped at 10 MB), with a new Storage section in Settings showing how much you have used and every stored file organised by project and chapter.

• Import EPUB books — start a new project from an .epub file (EPUB 2 and 3) and each chapter is brought in automatically, ready to edit. Copy-protected (DRM) files can't be imported, so export a DRM-free copy first.

• Cookie consent — a new banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies, and nothing is tracked until you choose to accept.

• New ChapterStack logo — now shown in the site header and footer, the browser tab, and link previews when you share Chapterstack.

• Project import now accepts files up to 10 MB.

• Activity feed — a personal timeline of everything you do on Chapterstack: projects and chapters you create, edit, or publish, reviews you give or receive, profile updates, and more.

• AI disclosure — declare your level of AI involvement (Human-written, AI-assisted, or AI-written) displayed publicly on the project page.

• Authors can assign a genre category to their project (Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance, Thriller, …).

• Export projects — export a project or individual chapters as a Word document, plain text, or Markdown.

• Import documents — start a new project by importing an existing document and splitting it into chapters automatically.

• Private snapshots — save a private snapshot of a chapter at any time and restore it later if needed.
